Five years ago, Luis Góngora Pat was unjustly murdered by two SFPD officers. On the 5th year commemoration of Luis’s life, his brother José Góngora Pat and his cousin Luis Poot ask community members to please call D.A. Chesa Boudin and demand an answer to his promise for justice:

Luis was murdered by Ofc. Michael Mellone and Sgt. Nate Steger of the San Francisco Police Department. Both of them were found by SFPD Internal Affairs to have breached all time and distance policies in Luis’s killings. They evade accountability so far.
Chesa Boudin made a campaign promise to reopen Luis’s case and give them justice. FIVE years after Luis was killed, his family still waits for justice.
